we shareD knowledge on how to understand the communication of diverse people and children, through understanding

• • different layers, like ethnicity, age, traditions, geographic location of human beings, which influence the attitude and so communication,

• • signs, like eye-contact, movements,  sent through different communication channels,

• • importance and role of community, where communication happens,

• • many-many other influencing circumstances.

Understanding the persons’ – communication – helps us to give proper answer and so give adequate help to each unique child, parent or educator.

We could really engage newcomers for BIO-TRIO. So in a trustful, cooperative and inspiring learning and working environment we could build a productive and creative team.
