In kiskunfélegyháza, we realised a training for 65 pre-school teachers to promote harmonious communication, after a short training for the principals on how to praise the children 

BASED ON THE PARTICIPANTS’ FEEDBACK, THE TRAINING WAS REALLY USEFULL AND IMPACTFULL. AT THE BEGINNING, PARTICIPANTS HAD TO SOLVE DIFFERENT ENERGIZER AND SELF-DISCOVERY ACTIVITIES. there were games, to understand ourselves and others when coming into a new community. at the end, conflict situation from daily working life were elaborated with role-plays. 

these were great methods to

– share knowledge, 

– feel, that we have similar problems,

– build a team,

– to understand ourselves too.
